Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney hotel, Zephyr is a luxury sky bar that’s risen above the rest. Awarded Hotel Bar of the Year in 2020, Zephyr rooftop bar offers a nautical inspired setting with unrivaled, waterfront views across Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

Seasonal share plates are a favourite on the menu, from the charcuterie selection, pork belly sliders, and soft shell crab, to desserts. Come and try out one of Sydney’s most extensive spirits and liquor menus, offering a wide range of classic cocktails and exclusive gins and rums.

Minimum spend of $80 per person (Sunday – Thursday) and $120 per person (Friday & Saturday) will apply for pre-booked guests (bookings are restricted to 2 hours and you will be required to vacate your table if there is a booking following your sitting). Minimum group size of 2, maximum 12 – click here to book. Walk-Ins are subject to capacity (no minimum spend for Walk-Ins). For groups of 13+ please download this Group Booking form, then click here to email the team to arrange your booking.

To discourage last minute cancellations during this period of restricted capacity, $0.50 per person pre-authorisation will be charged when you secure your booking (released 7 working days after your visit). A cancellation fee of $20 per person will be charged in the case of no show or booking cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation time.

As an outdoor venue, please be advised that at some of our tables do not have cover. As such, prior to sunset, some guests could be seated at tables in direct sunlight. Some tables are also not protected when it rains. We will try to accommodate moving guests to shaded or undercover areas if available, however at busy times we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate requests to move.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve Sky High

Welcome 2022 with a sky high celebration here at Zephyr rooftop bar, boasting panoramic views of Sydney’s Darling Harbour. This VIP NYE harbourside party, with a DJ playing non-stop music is an upmarket, premium way to ring in the New Year.

$450 per person includes live food stations (serving Pacific & Sydney Rock oysters, king tiger prawns, scallops, sushi, sashimi) gourmet canapés, decadent desserts, four hour beverage package (sparkling, wine, beer and soft drinks).
