From July to September, discover a limited edition Japanese inspired menu celebrating more than a century of House of Suntory craftsmanship.
Elevating the experience even further, live violin performances every Friday evening provide the perfect soundtrack to sunset cocktails and panoramic harbour views.

Darling Harbour Fireworks

Watch the Sydney sky light up over Cockle Bay Wharf with an incredible firework show over one of Sydney’s most glorious waterfront locations, Darling Harbour.
